出營後,他續每天禪修,靜坐時每浮起「安住紅塵」四字。他對我說:「你是臨床心理學家,又主持「靜觀減壓課程」,接觸不少在紅塵中需要助的人,你可否為明報寫寫這個題目?感於邦的熱誠,我遂答允試試。不料提起筆來,過去十多年的片段,一個個親切的臉孔,一把把真擎的聲音,從自然心中走到筆尖,流寫紙上。每一字每一句都融匯著溫暖感恩--感謝邦,這個機會,讓昔日甘露又再滋潤心田。
