This gentle, 3-session course offers a supportive space to explore how mindfulness can help you navigate the challenges of cancer – whether you’re in treatment or adjusting to life after it.
Together, we will learn simple, grounding mindfulness practices to help steady the mind, ease anxiety, and soften the grip of worry. There will be time for reflection, shared experience, and guided meditations designed to support your wellbeing – physically, emotionally, and mentally.
