Introducing Mindfulness (IM)

- Suitable for: Individuals new to mindfulness or wishing to revisit practice.
Designed for those new to mindfulness or wishing to revisit it. This 3 week course offers a concise introduction to mindfulness practice and theory. It explores three core themes weekly, building progressively. Sessions combine teaching, experiential practices, applying learning to daily life, and group discussions. Participants are also invited to continue with ‘home practice’ between sessions.
Finding Peace in a Frantic World (FPFW)

- 8 weekly sessions (1.5 hours per week)
-Total course hours: 12 hours
-Suitable for: Adults seeking peace and calm in a hectic life.
Based on the bestselling book by Mark Williams and Danny Penman, this course is a structured and practical introduction led by a trained teacher, suitable for complete beginners or those with prior app based learning. Over eight 90 minute sessions, themes include: Waking up to the life you have, Gathering the scattered mind, Relating differently to thoughts and worries, Practising kindness, and Exploring what nourishes us. Practices are set between sessions to support learning.
Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

MBSR is an internationally recognised 8 week mindfulness program developed by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn at the Center for Mindfulness, University of Massachusetts Medical School. This course helps promote physical and mental well-being while teaching practical stress management methods. More than 40 years of scientific evidence show that the course effectively reduces stress and various symptoms. It also supports improvements in sleep and chronic pain, while enhancing immunity and overall levels of happiness.
Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy for Depression (MBCT-D)

- 8 weekly sessions (first session 2.5 hours, remaining 7 sessions 2.25 hours) & 1 Day of Practice (6 hours)
-Total course hours: approx. 24.25 hours
-Suitable for: Individuals currently experiencing or with a history of depression.
This 8week group course is recommended in U.K. national health guidelines for those who suffer from or have suffered from depression. Weekly 2.25 hour sessions involve mindfulness meditation and cognitive therapy exercises to increase awareness of mind and body and dissolve unhelpful habits like rumination and self criticism.
Mindfulness for Life
(MBCT-L)

-Suitable for: Adults wishing to live a more fulfilling and abundant life.
This course blends ancient mindfulness wisdom with cognitive behavioural techniques to help integrate mindfulness into daily life. It’s an in depth, skills based course designed to cultivate lasting, positive change. It offers approaches to support challenges like unhelpful thought behaviour patterns and to help savour life and flourish. The course includes a six-hour ‘Day of Practice’.
Deeper Mindfulness: Exploring Feeling Tone Frame by Frame(DM)

Deeper Mindfulness: Exploring Feeling Tone Frame by Frame’ is an 8week course for those who have completed a foundational mindfulness program. During weekly sessions, you’ll learn meditations to tune into feeling tone frame by frame. This provides an opportunity to see more clearly the tipping points for distress and exhaustion, and how to flourish by freeing yourself to appreciate life again, even amidst difficulty.
Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP)

- Suitable for: Individuals wishing to cultivate mindful awareness in dialogue and interpersonal interactions.
The Interpersonal Mindfulness Program (IMP) was co-developed in 2013 by Florence Meleo-Meyer, Director of the U Mass Center for Mindfulness, senior MBSR teacher Phyllis Hicks and Gregory Kramer, founder of Insight Dialogue,. The program centers on relational mindfulness practice in pairs or trios. Over eight weeks, participants cultivate mindful qualities like presence, curiosity, and kindness. Guided by the instructor, they then engage in dialogue and interaction imbued with these qualities. This unique relational practice deepens awareness, illuminates relational habits, and allows innate wisdom to emerge and flourish.
