Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy for Life (MBCT-L) is a program developed by Dr. Mark Williams and other scholars from the Oxford Mindfulness Centre. It builds upon the framework of MBCT and is designed to benefit a broader population.
This course is applicable in everyday life settings, aiming to cultivate mindfulness through practices such as mindful breathing, stretching, walking, and body scanning. Participants will deepen their awareness of body sensations, thoughts, and emotions related to their mental well-being, ultimately enhancing happiness, kindness, and resilience.
The course equips you with skills to navigate life’s challenges and difficulties while fostering greater appreciation for the positive moments often overlooked in daily life.
