Join us for this well-established 8-week course, originally developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn, that gently introduces mindfulness as a way of meeting life’s challenges with more steadiness and care.
Each weekly 2.5 hour session offers guided practice, reflection, and exploration, supporting you in bringing mindfulness into daily life – moment by moment. This course invites a deeper connection to your own experience and encourages small but meaningful shifts that may support wellbeing over time.
Over eight weeks, the MBSR course offers a gradual, step-by-step introduction to mindfulness practices that are accessible to all – whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or returning to it after some time.
