(MBSR) \u3001\u300c\u975c\u89c0\u8a8d\u77e5\u8ab2\u7a0b\u300d\uff08MBCT-D\uff09\u6216\u300c\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u7684\u9759\u89c0\u8ab2\u7a0b\u300d\uff08MBCT-L\uff09\u7684\u5c0e\u5e2b\u8a13\u7df4\u3002 \u6211\u5011\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b64\u7db2\u7ad9\uff0c\u5e0c\u671b\u8b93\u5927\u5bb6\u80fd\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u627e\u5230\u9999\u6e2f\u975c\u89c0\u8ab2\u7a0b\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3002\u500b\u5225\u5c0e\u5e2b\u7684\u8a13\u7df4\u6c34\u5e73,\u8acb\u53c3\u8003\u5176\u8ab2\u7a0b\u55ae\u5f35\u3002\u672c\u7db2\u7ad9\u4e0d\u8ca0\u8cac\u5be9\u6838\u5c0e\u5e2b\u7684\u55ae\u5f35\u5167\u5bb9\u3002\u5982\u5c0d\u5c0e\u5e2b\u8cc7\u6b77\u6709\u7591\u554f, \u8acb\u76f4\u63a5\u5411\u8a72\u5c0e\u5e2b\u67e5\u8a62\u3002<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6211\u5011\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u53ef\u662f\u61f7\u8457\u5171\u540c\u7684\u7d20\u9858\uff1a\u5e0c\u671b\u7528\u5fc3\u4fee\u7fd2\u975c\u89c0\uff0c\u4e92\u6301\u4e92\u52c9\uff0c\u57f9\u990a\u667a\u6167\u6148\u611b\uff0c\u4e26\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6709\u5e78\u670d\u52d9\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u4ecb\u7d39\u975c\u89c0\u8a13\u7df4\uff0c\u9f4a\u4eab\u8c50\u76db\u5feb\u6a02\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p (the British Association for Mindfulness-based Approaches, BAMBA) \u7684\u826f\u597d\u5c08\u696d\u5be6\u8e10\u6307\u5f15\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6307\u5f15\u65e8\u5728\u57f9\u990a\u5168\u7403\u6559\u6388\u975c\u89c0\u8ab2\u7a0b\u8005\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u80fd\u529b\uff1a<\/span><\/p><ul><li
